Experience the nourishing blend of Qi Gong, meditation, free movement and breathwork.

Get away from your everyday stress, release pent-up energies, take in fresh healing energy and relax consciously in order to come home to yourself.

We will explore what it is like to have roots deep in the earth, to feel the sun shining in your heart and to have a mind as vast and clear as the sky.

A variety of methods will help you to anchor yourself in your body, to find the essential love in your heart, to be totally centered in the present moment and to immerse yourself in effortless presence and embodied stillness.

Our session have different main themes such as connecting with the earth and our deepest ground, opening our heart, being vast as the sky, who am I?, self-love and self-acceptance, connecting heaven and earth, or from mindfulness to pure awareness.

You will also experience what it is like to let your body move spontaneously from your inherent intelligence, which is very freeing and opening.

Free online Class

In 1 on 1 classes you have the possibility to share with me about your actual state of mind, your issue, or which qualities you would like to connect with such as love, silence, grounding, joy or compassion.

Then, I will tailor-make a practice flow according to your needs and desires, and we will practice together for about an hour.

In the end of our Session, there is time for integration, sharing and questions.

We can meet online via Zoom. Or in person if you are not too far. A session usually lasts about 1 hour. Just write me a message and we agree on a time to meet.

"I have been attending group Qi Gong sessions with Matti over several weeks and today I had the opportunity to experience a 1 on 1 session with him.
